Indeed he has. With this coup, and Morlot’s Brussels gig (in addition to Seattle’s two other recent grabs that somehow slid in under the radar; Demarre McGill, an exceptional flautist, and Diliana Momtchilova, bright Bulgarian star cellist) all eyes will be on Seattle. Should be interesting.
